The EM program continues its record of excellence by maintaining these proven features:
- A streamlined program format spanning five days of instruction, from Monday morning through Friday afternoon.
- Our curriculum/course selection grid, with its intuitive, columnar schedule. Participants will find it easy to tailor the week's educational experience to their needs and interests by selecting from courses in selected technical areas within engineering and/or from courses in the traditional functions within management.
- Ability to access and download/review most pre-program materials from our Web site.
- An applied, decision-making orientation and course design reflecting the scope of managerial skills required of the engineer, scientist, technical specialist, and engineering manager.

Our EM program continues a Purdue tradition of excellence in executive learning and engagement for varied professional constituencies. Indications of this excellence include:

- The accolades we have received from past participants, as well as the commitment that they (and their sponsoring organizations) have made to the program through repeat attendance year-after-year. Since 1986, more than 1,250 managers and professionals have attended from over 300 different product and service firms.
